Tucapp Child Safety Standards

Tucapp has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, or attempts to solicit or trade exploitative content involving minors.

Prohibited conduct

Users may not create, upload, share, request, promote, sell, trade, link to, or otherwise facilitate CSAM or the sexual exploitation of children. Grooming, coercion, sexual solicitation of minors, and attempts to move such activity elsewhere are also prohibited.

Reporting in Tucapp

Users can report profiles, posts, comments, direct-message content and community content from within Tucapp. Users can also block other accounts. Reports are reviewed through Tucapp's moderation tools and may lead to content removal, account restrictions or suspension, preservation of information when legally required, and escalation to the appropriate authorities or reporting bodies when required by applicable law.

Proactive safety measures

Tucapp uses server-side moderation controls to screen supported new user-generated media and text before publication when those controls are enabled. Automated systems are used as safety signals and do not replace human review or legally required CSAM-specific processes.

Known or suspected CSAM

Tucapp does not treat general nudity detection as a substitute for CSAM hash matching or child-safety reporting. When Tucapp becomes aware of suspected CSAM or child sexual exploitation, access to the material may be blocked or removed and the account may be restricted while the matter is handled under the applicable legal and reporting process. Tucapp will cooperate with legally valid requests from competent authorities.

Age and account safety

Tucapp is intended only for users who meet the minimum age stated in the Terms of Service and the requirements applicable in their country. Accounts identified as not meeting the applicable minimum-age requirement may be restricted or disabled.
